GetAGlider is a marketplace for soaring. We started because finding a glider to fly when you travel is harder than it should be — and because most gliders sit idle for most of the season. Our goal is to put more pilots in more cockpits, safely.
Operated by Swiss Sailplane GmbH and available across Europe. Trust, verification and clear contracts are the core of how the platform works.

Any licensed pilot. You upload your license, medical and insurance once during signup; owners see verified badges before they accept your request.
Payments and refundable deposits are processed by Stripe. Funds are held until 7 days after the rental ends, then automatically transferred to the owner.
Each listing declares the included insurance and excess. A refundable deposit is captured at booking and released after the return checklist is completed.
Yes. Each listing publishes a cancellation policy (flexible / moderate / strict). The refund is computed automatically when you cancel.
Anywhere the owner allows. Listings show the home airfield, and the rental agreement defines the operating area.
